Creating a completed Expense form is easier than using a typwriter, much
faster, and a breeze to correct errors. Since you see your form and data on
screen exactly as it will look on the printed page, you can quickly make changes
before committing to paper.

ExpenseTrakker includes a primary expense form with plenty of room for all the
usual details. It also include a continuation form which allow entry of a
purpose/justification and a narrative of results of the business trip, etc.
There is also more room for detailing entertainment expeses.
Since Windows is WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) you will see a perfect
preview of your Expense form.

No need to enter data multiple times. Since ExpenseTrakker allows multiple
forms simultaneously on screen, just highlight text with your mouse pointer
then copy-and-paste to the new form. What could be easier?

An ExpenseTrakker license allows you to distribute the ExpenseTrakker software
to anyone in your organization without additional cost or obligation.

If you are using a laser or ink-jet printer, no need to buy pre-printed forms,
as ExpenseTrakker prints actual Expense forms with your entered data.

A laser printer is not absolutely necessary as even a dot matrix printer will
